2. Services. crimsonpip provides an electronic trading platform for the instruments listed on this platform. No part of this is investment advice; every trading choice are yours. Displayed market data is for information and can lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading carries substantial loss risk and is for those able to absorb it. Margin products may take losses past your posted margin. Trade only money which losing entirely you could withstand.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates sit on the Fees page and form part of these Terms. Fees may change after fair notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, rights breaches and unlawful use are prohibited. Money laundering and evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. To the fullest the widest degree, crimsonpip excludes indirect, special and consequential losses tied to your use.
7. Amendments. These Terms might be updated over time. Continued use once changes apply means acceptance. Governing law is the registered jurisdiction of the operating entity.
